"Leaders Lead"
In the movie "Remember the Titans" two communities, one black and one white, were forced to come together. The mandated new school structure was difficult. One goal was that there would be a combined football team. The two groups had absolutely no faith in each other. When Coach Boone was able to convince both groups to trust and have faith in each other, great things happened. Coach Boone was a leader with vision and courage. The new combined team went on to become state champions and brought the community together.
Leaders like Coach Boone take the impossible and create a culture that brings about success. As leaders we must always be willing to remember five things as we seek success:
